What is the Return/Replace Policy? How does it work?

You can return or replace the items purchased on Averly for any reason within 7 days from the date of delivery.
If you would like to return or replace the item please don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition.
Once the item is picked up we will initiate the refund or replacement.
Please NOTE - All exchanges are subject to stock availability. Items can be exchanged for the same or different sizes of the same style or for any other item of the same or different value.

What if I receive a defective/damaged/wrong/missing item?
At Averly our unwavering commitment is towards delivering our customers the right products. Hence, meticulous product inspections and gentle handling during packing and shipping are integral to our process. However, if, under any unforeseen circumstances, you receive any damaged/faulty products, then we request our customers to reach out to us within 48 hours from the date of delivery.

We also request you to share with us the following:

a) Picture of the outer box (front and back) with the carrier label,

b) Pictures of all products received.
